Upon purchase, an artwork preview will be sent to you before the fabrication via WhatsApp or Email and up to 2 minor revisions are allowed.
Any additional revision will be charged.

Please note:
– For wood products, please allow up to 5% of imperfection and some allowance on the “wood” surface condition, texture or burnt mark due to the nature of materials and handcrafted items with laser. Only purchase if you are comfortable.
– We will not be liable for the damage to the sign and your wall if you wish to remove or reposition the sign in the future.
– Images are for illustration purposes only. The actual colour might vary depending on the source and screen.
– The item is fragile; please handle it carefully.
– The double-sided tape provided is only compatible with smooth wall surfaces and matt paints. Kindly add on your own 3M double-sided tapes if needed for extra strong hold, other surfaces and signs with 2/3 layered designs.
